Pappe’s collections for babies and children embrace simple tailoring, crafted from luxurious fabrics like cashmeres, organic cottons, pure wool and tweed, sourced from France, Italy, Scotland, Japan and London. CEO Karena Simpson set about founding Pappe because she was, “Inspired by the contrast between traditional children’s wear and contemporary trends,” and saw a gap in the Australian children’s wear market for luxury clothes.
Pappe’s collections of rompers, bloomers, pants, tops and knitwear range from sizes 0000 to 3, with accessories like Italian leather braces, handmade leather shoes and lambskin slippers available for sizes 2 to 8.
