Yummo! Who isn’t enjoying all these amazing extreme milkshakes at the moment? This decadent shake gives a little nod to one of our favourite childhood biscuits and straight up Aussie icon – the iced vovo.

Ingredients
1 packet creaming soda jelly
3 Iced VoVo biscuits
1 tsp strawberry jam
4 marshmallows
30ml vanilla custard
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
200ml milk
Top it off with:
1 chocolate rimmed glass
1 long straw
1 1/2 Iced VoVo
Whipped cream
5 mini pink marshmallows
5 mini white marshmallows
1 tsp strawberry jam
1 tsp shredded coconut
1 red jelly frog

Method

The day before, prepare the creaming soda jelly as per the instructions on the packet. For best results, once the mixture is made, pour 30ml of the jelly into a chocolate rimmed glass and leave it in the fridge to set overnight.

The next day, place all of the shake ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined. While the shake is blending, cut the Iced Vovo biscuits in to halves.

Decorate

Pour the blended mixture into the jelly filled glass and place a straw at middle, back of the glass.

Fill the remaining space with whipped cream. Place the Iced VoVo pieces on top of the cream on the front and right side of the straw.

Place mini marshmallows, alternating between white and pink, around the rim of the glass. Place the strawberry jam in middle of the shake to cover whipped cream. Sprinkle the jam with shredded coconut and top with a red jelly frog.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
